The passion of The Way is to live out John 14:6 as a church by inviting people of all kinds into the perfect love of God through Jesus Christ, who is “the way, the truth, and the life.”
We are excited that you’re here, and we invite you into our community with open arms. We love God’s Word and follow His Spirit as He leads us in ministry. We offer biblical teaching and Spirit-led worship, authentic biblical community for adults, and the opportunity for children to be ushered into God’s presence with fun and energy. While many of our ministries are on a break over the Summer so our volunteers can recharge, we have many other ways to get plugged in!
FAQ'S
On Sunday morning, we have two services: 9:00AM and 11:00AM.
Our services on Sunday morning offer praise and worship in song, prayer, Scripture, and message. Come see how God is speaking to you through His word and song as the Spirit moves in your heart. There is also time allowed for response and the Spirit’s leading. Come as you are and see what God has in store for you. Our services run around 1 hour and 15 minutes each Sunday. The coffee is always hot and the treats are fresh! We cannot wait to be in church with you!
We are casual in dress and with each other as we meet in fellowship with friends and family. The heart of each service is in Word and Sacrament. The Bible is our guide for life, and the Lord’s Supper is our constant reminder of His love for us. All services experience the same biblical messages during a teaching time. These teachings are most often part of a larger message series.
The Nursery
Nursery is available during the 9am and 11am services for newborns through 3 years old! (When your child is 3 years old and in preschool, they can join our Rush Pre-K group!)
Over the Summer in July, we have Little Sparks for our Prek-K kiddos! Call the office for more information.
The Rush
Before leaving 5th grade, most children form their entire idea of who God is and choose whether or not they will have a relationship with Him. We want to partner with families to help children discover and embrace a growing relationship with Jesus Christ by developing faith, wisdom, and friendships.
Our small group time allows the children to rotate through response stations. During these stations, the children respond through prayer, reading, crafts, wonder questions and stories! We invite the Holy Spirit to be with us as we respond!
The Rush programming is available on Sunday mornings during the 9:00 am service. Regular programming occurs in the fall through the spring, and fun activities are planned during the summer months. The Rush is open to children 3 years old through 6th grade.
Our children’s ministry program runs from September to May. Over the Summer we encourage you to worship as a family. We have busy bags and family rooms for you to use if you need to! Our children’s ministry volunteers serve our kids each Sunday during the ministry year. They are a blessing! It’s our honor to give them a much needed Sabbath over the Summer.
We have youth group for 7th and 8th graders as well as 9th through 12th graders. We take a break over the Summer but we often have pop-up events! Contact the office if you have questions! Follow us on Facebook!
